Chevening Scholarships 2010-2011

If you have an excellent academic record and are interested in attending a UK university, then a British Chevening Scholarship could be right for you.

 

Applications for Chevening scholarships 2010/2011 are now open.

 

Successful candidates will study for a post-graduate university degree in the United Kingdom. The Chevening Scholarship covers tuition fees and a return flight to the UK, as well as the costs of enrollment at at British university and living costs for up to a year in the UK.

 

The scheme is Funded by the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office and administered by the British Council.

 

Who can apply ?
 
Candidates must :

 

  • Hold a bachelors degree or equivalent ;
  • Have excellent written and spoken English, to the level needed to secure a place at a UK university ;
  • Have a minimum of three years professional experience.
     
    We particularly welcome applicants who wish to study or have experience in the following fields :
     
  • Inter-faith and inter-cultural dialogue
  • Good governance and human rights
  • Security, policing and the judiciary
  • Conflict resolution
  • Environment
  • Crisis management and contingency planning
  • Media professionalism and capacity-building
  • Migration
     

How do I apply?
 
You should submit completed application forms, accompanied by a CV and two letters of recommendation, to the British Council Rabat no later than 24 December 2009. All documents must be submitted in English.
 
The Chevening programme does not fund PhD or MBA courses, or courses in English language or literature.

الأخ عمر، والله أنا أشاطرك الرأي لكن في الشق النظري فقط، فشتان بين ما تقوله والواقع، من التراجمة على سبيل المثال من يحبذ العمل في مجال الترجمة القانونية (مكتب ترجمة)، وحسب كللامك فمجال الترجمة فمن الواجب أن تتساوى الفرص، أو أن ينظم بشكل يرضي الجميع كما يصنع الصيادلة أو الأطباء أو المحامون أو غيرهم، غير أن الترجمة تبقى حكرا على البعض دون البعض الآخر، علما أن الكل يحمل الشهادة نفسها، بعضها مذيل بتوقيع الإدريسي وبعضها بتوقيع الركلة، والبعض بتوقيع مدير لا أذكر اسمه،
أنا أؤيد رأيك أن يشمر المترجمون على سواعدهم، لكن أيضا أؤيد أن تكون هناك جميعية تذود عن حقوق المترجمين وتكفل المساواة في سوق الترجمة على أن يسمع صوتها، فالبعض يفوق البعض سواعدا، وبالتالي فتشمير السواعد ليس السبيل، نريد مساواة، وإلغاء مجموعة من القوانين المجحفة، قبل أن يياس المترجمون من تشمير السواعد

سوق الترجمة ليست ملكا لأحد، وليس لأحد الوصاية عليها تحت أي صفة أو مسمى.

لكَم أستغرب هذه الزوبعة في فنجان.

على المترجمين والتراجمة أن يشمروا عن سواعدهم ويبحثوا عن فرص بأنفسهم بدل الاتكال على جمعية ليس من همها أو من شأنها أن تحميهم أو تأخذ بيدهم:

أتينا إلى سعد ليجمع شملنا    ففرقنا سعد فلا نحن من سعد

حقيقة ما جاء في نازلة عبد الله الدكاير...

 

مساء الخير أصدقاء الأعزاء،

 

أشكر في الزميلة حميدة بداية غيرتها المشروعة على واقع التراجمة وحال خريجي مدرسة الملك فهد...

وهذا أمر عهدناه فيها غير ما مرة وتحمد عليه... أوليس الساكت على الظلم والشطط شيطان أخرس وجبان؟؟؟

لذلك قررت أن أقص على مسامعكم خبر هذه النازلة من ألفها إلى يائها، كما جاء في أقوال الزميل عبد الله الدكاير، بعد أن اتصلت به هاتفيا وأنصت لشهادته بعد أن سمعت نبأ الواقعة.

حصل الزميل عبد الله الدكاير على دبلوم مترجم تحرير من مدرسة الملك فهد العليا للترجمة سنة 2006-2007، بعد أن تابع دراسته في شعبة اللغة الألمانية لسنتين، وبعد أن حصل على شهادة الإجازة في اللغة الاسبانية وآدابها، مثله مثل الكثير من الشباب والشابات الراغبين في التحصيل العلمي وفي تغيير واقع حياتهم اليومية عبر القرطاس والقلم.

وقد اكتشف قبل تخرجه من هذه المؤسسة الغراء، الذي أكن شخصيا لطاقمها الإداري والتربوي الكثير من الاحترام والتقدير لمجهوداتهم الجليلة رغم ضيق اليد وقلة الإمكانات، أنه يتعين على الراغبين ممارسة هذه المهنة انتظار مباراة التحليف "اللعينة"...انتظر عبد الله، كغيره من الطلبة، كثيرا موعد المباراة، وتصفح الجرائد ومواقع الأنترنيت بحثا عن مكان له بين الرفاق أو الإخوة أو غير ذلك من التسميات المبتذلة. لم يجد عبد الله حلا سوى الرجوع إلى مدينة أكادير، وفتح له مترجم محلف الباب لمزاولة مهنته بناء على عقد شفاهي، التزم بموجب عبد الله بتقاسم أرباح الترجمات وفق سلم غريب وعجيب: 60 في المائة للمترجم الذي يكد ويعمل ويقضي الليالي بين القواميس والحواسيب بحثا عن الترجمات السليمة والمعاني المستقيمة، بينما يحتفظ زميله بحصة ب 40 في المائة من الأتعاب.

قبل عبد الله هذا الأمر على مضض، وقال مع نفسه أن بإمكانه مع مرور الوقت الحصول على شهادة "ترجمان محلف"، وبدأ في الاتصال بالسفارة الألمانية والسويسرية بحثا عن وضع اسمه على قائمة المترجمين المتعاملين معها، وهو ما تحقق له على حد تعبيره (وله مراسلة في الموضوع)، وبدأ في العمل مع زميله المترجم منذ سنة 2007 تقريبا. وافق الزميله المحلف على وضع اسم عبد الله الدكاير على الورق الرسمي المعمول به، صحبة عنوان الأستاذ المبجل وأرقامه الهاتفية، وكذا على وضع صفة "مقبول لدى قنصليات ومحاكم"، واستمر يعمل معه إلى أن قرر سنة 2008، وما العيب في ذلك مادام قد اكتسب بعض التجربة وبعض الزبائن، التقيد لدى مصلحة الضرائب تحت صفة مترجم interprte، رغبة منه في تحسين وضعه المادي والمعرفي. وقد اضطر لإيجار محل تجاري قصد التمكن من تسوية وضعيته الإدارية والقانونية. واستمر في التعامل مع الزبائن الراغبين في ترجمة مستندات إلى اللغة الألمانية ومنها، وبدأت يكثر العمل لديه واستدعته مصالح القضاء بآكادير مرات لترجمة وثائق أو أقوال بعض المتهمين.

استمرت الأمور على حالها إلى أن استلم عبد الله استدعاء للمثول أمام الضابطة القضائية بأكادير، يوم 10 شتبنر 2009، واكتشف أنه هناك شكاية ضده قدمه بها ممثل جمعية التراجمة المحلفين بأكادير. وقد تم اتهامه بانتحال صفة ينظمها القانون وبمخالفات أخرى، وقد تم الإفراج عليه بعد ذلك بكفالة قدرها 5000,00 درهم.

لقد أخطأ عبد الله الدكاير في حق القانون فعلا، وانتحل صفة لا يأذن له القانون بها، فمن دفعه إلى ذلك، يا صديقاتي وأصدقائي...؟ هناك العديد من الأمور الغريبة والعجيبة في عالم الترجمة المغربي: منها كثرة الزبائن والمحتالين، وتنوع العرض وقلة فرص العمل، وشح المعلومات أو الثقافة القانونية لدى المترجم المبتدئ، غياب ثقافة المعلوميات لدى المترجمين القدامى،...

تعيش سوق الترجمة على الصعيد العالمي ثورة عارمة وتحولات جذرية في شتى الأصعدة. لقد أصبح موقع PROZ مثلا، الذي بدأ تجربة لتعزيز التواصل والتعاون بين بعض المترجمين الشباب في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية سنة 2001 (نفس سنة صدور القانون إن لم تخن الذاكرة)، مؤسسة قائمة الذات ومرجعا للمترجمين وشركات الترجمة والزبائن والطلبة وغيرهم من المهتمين بعالم الكلمات واللغات. ويفوق عدد أعضائه اليوم (الذي يسددون انخراطات سنوية تعادل 1500 درهم) 10000 عضو، بينما يفوق عدد الأفراد والمؤسسات المسجلين فيه 300.000....

هذه مفارقات يمكن التفكير فيها والتأمـل فيها لكشف حجم الخسائر التي يتكبدها الاقتصاد المغربي جراء هذا التهميش وهذا الحصار المضروب على خريجي مدرسة الملك فهد...بسبب هذا قانون جائر...يمكن تغييره...

لست من أولئك الراغبين من تقسيم المترجمين المغاربة إلى طوائف لأسباب واهية...لقد حان الوقت للعمل سويا، وتجاوز الخلافات الضيقة والسعي بهذه المهنة إلى الاحترافية والعالمية...المهم اليوم هو الأخذ بيد هؤلاء الشباب، الذي ترعرعوا بين ظهران هذا البلد، والباحثين عن غد أفضل وعن لقمة عيش كريمة بعيدا عن أفكار الرحيل العدمية...

je ne participe pas aaux discussion rgulirement et je suis pas vraiment au courant de cet incident, mais chose est sr, l'association TAJ se donnent des droits sur des gens qui ont de grandes comptences et talents dans le domaine de la traduction et prive ainsi certain de tirer profit de leur formation. en effent, il faut agir. moi personnellement je suis prte contribuer une action ou plutt une raction collective de la part des laurat de l'cole suprieure roi fahd de traduction. ainsi, nous rendons hommage ces personnes qui maitrise cet art et nous donnons une leon ceux ceux qui aiment bien garder tout le gateau (march de traduction) qui est assez riche.

Je me suis port volontaire pour tablir une liste actualise des laurats (courriels) en vue de la cration dune plateforme virtuelle des laurats de lESRFT. Une fois la liste garnie, je la communiquerai Abdelmounim Amrani. Il enverra une invitation chacun pour rejoindre le groupe.

Jinvite chacun rassembler les adresses mails (actualises) des laurats dont il dispose et de me les envoyer mon adresse khalilf@... ou khalilf@... ; elles seraient plus faciles exploiter de cette manire.

Anybody has an idea about when the 2009 graduation ceremony is/was due. A group of us met in Tangier on 11/14 for what was supposed to be the graduation day.
An idea was floated in summer by the 20 and 19 years old folks (1989-1990) to have a class reunion. Some of us received a forward of the mails exchanged since the idea stemmed. Contacts were made with people at the school who confirmed the date of 11/14. Abdelmounim received confirmation supposedly by someone in the know. "I had the school director on the phone; he confirmed to me that the date is November 14" he said to him.
Two persons came purposedly from Qatar, Aichi and Abdelmounim Amarani, two others went from Rabat (Tarik Bouziani and myself).
The school was desert, except from a security man. Thinking that the ceremony was for the afternoon, Tarik and I went for a passio. Wasnt it Awatif Raissouli, we could have waited to see ourselves attending a ghost graduation ceremony. She told us NO, nothing, nada, no ceremony was in view.
How can it be so? Our friends received the confirmation two weeks ago only, and I had the same fellow graduate less that time asking me what we were intending to do in the morning of the ceremony day.
Anyway, we were misled, but it did not matter. For me, it was an occasion to meet three extraordinary people, we ought to be proud of. Aichi is the man behind "Inside Story"; Abelmounim is the producer of "24 hours news bulletin" on Aljazeera English; Tarik is a senior staff in the Cooperation Directorate at the Ministry of Education.
We had a lunch discussion, and decided to consider our meeting as a class reunion. Recommendations were made to work on the implementation of two projects: The creation of a fund to support students (without scholarships) and the revival of ALESRFT as a platform to network graduates all over the world and exchange all types of information, etc.

To this end, I volunteered to update the graduates contact list (emails), with the idea to create a virtual platform, dedicated to ESRFT graduates. Once a updated list becomes available, you will receive an invitation from Abdelmounim, to join the group. Please help us come together. Send private emails to my address, it will be easier to handle.

Anybody has an idea about when the 2009 graduation ceremony is/was due. A group of us met in Tangier on 11/14 for what was supposed to be the graduation day.
An idea was floated in summer by the 20 and 19 years old folks (1989-1990) to have a class reunion. Some of us received a forward of the mails exchanged since the idea stemmed. Contacts were made with people at the school who confirmed the date of 11/14. Abdelmounim received confirmation supposedly by someone in the know. "I had the school director on the phone; he confirmed to me that the date is November 14" he said to him.
Two persons came purposedly from Qatar, Aichi and Abdelmounim Amarani, two others went from Rabat (Tarik Bouziani and myself).
The school was desert, except from a security man. Thinking that the ceremony was for the afternoon, Tarik and I went for a passio. Wasnt it Awatif Raissouli, we could have waited to see ourselves attending a ghost graduation ceremony. She told us NO, nothing, nada, no ceremony was in view.
How can it be so? Our friends received the confirmation two weeks ago only, and I had the same fellow graduate less that time asking me what we were intending to do  in the morning of the ceremony day.
Anyway, we were misled, but it did not matter. For me, it was an occasion to meet three extraordinary people, we ought to be proud of. Aichi is the man behind "Inside Story"; Abelmounim is the producer of "24 hours news bulletin" on Aljazeera English; Tarik is a senior staff in the Cooperation Directorate at the Ministry of Education.
We had a lunch discussion, and decided to consider our meeting as a class reunion. Recommendations were made to work on the implementation of two projects: The creation of a fund to support students (without scholarships) and the revival of ALESRFT as a platform to network graduates all over the world and exchange all types of information, etc.

To this end, I volunteered to update the graduates contact list (emails), with the idea to create a virtual platform, dedicated to ESRFT graduates. Once a updated list becomes available, you will receive an invitation from Abdelmounim, to join the group. Please help us come together. Send private emails to my address, it will be easier to handle.

Bonjour chres consoeurs, chers confrres,
je reviens encore une fois pour (re)lancer un message de destresse. Un message, que javais lanc en premier lieu voil 3 ans ce forum, et dont jtais trs decu de navoir quune seule raction, savoir celle de mon collgue Chakib Rais. Le problme qui se manifeste est surtt le faite quil ny a pas de reglementation claire concernant notre preofession dans notre baladi habibi le maroc. Tant quil ny a pas de manifestation ou de lutte contre linjustice qui concerne nos consoeurs et nos confrres, le problme ne pourrait jamais etre rsolu. Je sais pas, mais permettez-moi lexpression, ca fait chier!! Ca fait chier detre expos une telle exploitation, et surtout de se sentir parallis devant cette situation. Quand nous parviendrons dire non aux bureaux de traduction qui nous exploitent jour et nuit, quand nous parviendrons dire non, non, et non, cest partir de ce moment l quil ralisera ont quel point ils ont besoin de nous, et pas le contraire..

Salamoualaykoume,
je sai pas sil sagit dun message un peu tardif, mais je voudrais a travers ce message evoquer le dernier concours dassermentation -langue allemande-. Les uns se poseront la question suivante: pourquoi est ce que je me focalise uniquement sur la partie portant sur la langue allemande?. La raison est simple, a savoir, et a ma grande surprise personne na pu reussir cette epreuve. Quand jai consulte les resultats par internet, je ne pouvais vraiement pas croire mes yeux pour la pure et simple raison que je connais tres bien le niveau dau moins 4 condidats a cet examen. Je nai pas besoin de citer de noms, car cela na pas une grande importance..Ces condidats collaborent depuis au mois 4 ans avec de differents traducteurs assermentes, dailleurs moi meme jai collabore avec une douzaine de traducteurs assermentes, plutot avec des cabinets et agences de traduction a Tanger, Rabat, Casa, fes etc..Et tout le monde jusqua present confirme le grand professionalisme des condidats sus-cites et dapres ma connaissance il n y a eu jusqua present aucun incidant a signaler.
Conclusion: Les memes condidats qui se sont presentes a cet examen sont pratiquement les memes qui collaborent -jusqu ce jour avec des traducteurs assermentes qui metrisent toutes les langues sauf lallemand!
- Les memes condidats qui ont echoue dans cet examen sont les memes qui ont reussi jusqua present une parfaite carriere en qualite de traducteur independant -freelance-.
- Les memes condidats qui nont pas pu franchir la barriere de ce concours sont les memes qui assurent toute traduction vers et de la langue allemande de plusieurs cabinets et agence de traduction au Maroc
- et enfin, les condidats qui ont rate la chance de faire valoir leurs talents sont les memes qui meritent detre encourages
Si le ministere a declare que letat a besoin de deux traducteurs assermentes en langue allemande, cela veut dire tt simplement que le manque est la. En plus le stage -dune annee-qui suit le concours
est le parfait moyen "daider les 2 condidats concernees" afin dameliorer leur niveau et dacquerir le niveau sollicite..

الأخ عمر، والله أنا أشاطرك الرأي لكن في الشق النظري فقط، فشتان بين ما تقوله والواقع، من التراجمة على سبيل المثال من يحبذ العمل في مجال الترجمة القانونية (مكتب ترجمة)، وحسب كللامك فمجال الترجمة فمن الواجب أن تتساوى الفرص، أو أن ينظم بشكل يرضي الجميع كما يصنع الصيادلة أو الأطباء أو المحامون أو غيرهم، غير أن الترجمة تبقى حكرا على البعض دون البعض الآخر، علما أن الكل يحمل الشهادة نفسها، بعضها مذيل بتوقيع الإدريسي وبعضها بتوقيع الركلة، والبعض بتوقيع مدير لا أذكر اسمه،
أنا أؤيد رأيك أن يشمر المترجمون على سواعدهم، لكن أيضا أؤيد أن تكون هناك جميعية تذود عن حقوق المترجمين وتكفل المساواة في سوق الترجمة على أن يسمع صوتها، فالبعض يفوق البعض سواعدا، وبالتالي فتشمير السواعد ليس السبيل، نريد مساواة، وإلغاء مجموعة من القوانين المجحفة، قبل أن يياس المترجمون من تشمير السواعد

على المترجمين والتراجمة أن يشمروا عن سواعدهم ويبحثوا عن فرص بأنفسهم بدل الاتكال على جمعية ليس من همها أو من شأنها أن تحميهم أو تأخذ بيدهم:

حقيقة ما جاء في نازلة عبد الله الدكاير...

مساء الخير أصدقاء الأعزاء،

أشكر في الزميلة حميدة بداية غيرتها المشروعة على واقع التراجمة وحال خريجي مدرسة الملك فهد...

وهذا أمر عهدناه فيها غير ما مرة وتحمد عليه... أوليس الساكت على الظلم والشطط شيطان أخرس وجبان؟؟؟

لذلك قررت أن أقص على مسامعكم خبر هذه النازلة من ألفها إلى يائها، كما جاء في أقوال الزميل عبد الله الدكاير، بعد أن اتصلت به هاتفيا وأنصت لشهادته بعد أن سمعت نبأ الواقعة.

حصل الزميل عبد الله الدكاير على دبلوم مترجم تحرير من مدرسة الملك فهد العليا للترجمة سنة 2006-2007، بعد أن تابع دراسته في شعبة اللغة الألمانية لسنتين، وبعد أن حصل على شهادة الإجازة في اللغة الاسبانية وآدابها، مثله مثل الكثير من الشباب والشابات الراغبين في التحصيل العلمي وفي تغيير واقع حياتهم اليومية عبر القرطاس والقلم.

وقد اكتشف قبل تخرجه من هذه المؤسسة الغراء، الذي أكن شخصيا لطاقمها الإداري والتربوي الكثير من الاحترام والتقدير لمجهوداتهم الجليلة رغم ضيق اليد وقلة الإمكانات، أنه يتعين على الراغبين ممارسة هذه المهنة انتظار مباراة التحليف "اللعينة"...انتظر عبد الله، كغيره من الطلبة، كثيرا موعد المباراة، وتصفح الجرائد ومواقع الأنترنيت بحثا عن مكان له بين الرفاق أو الإخوة أو غير ذلك من التسميات المبتذلة. لم يجد عبد الله حلا سوى الرجوع إلى مدينة أكادير، وفتح له مترجم محلف الباب لمزاولة مهنته بناء على عقد شفاهي، التزم بموجب عبد الله بتقاسم أرباح الترجمات وفق سلم غريب وعجيب: 60 في المائة للمترجم الذي يكد ويعمل ويقضي الليالي بين القواميس والحواسيب بحثا عن الترجمات السليمة والمعاني المستقيمة، بينما يحتفظ زميله بحصة ب 40 في المائة من الأتعاب.

قبل عبد الله هذا الأمر على مضض، وقال مع نفسه أن بإمكانه مع مرور الوقت الحصول على شهادة "ترجمان محلف"، وبدأ في الاتصال بالسفارة الألمانية والسويسرية بحثا عن وضع اسمه على قائمة المترجمين المتعاملين معها، وهو ما تحقق له على حد تعبيره (وله مراسلة في الموضوع)، وبدأ في العمل مع زميله المترجم منذ سنة 2007 تقريبا. وافق الزميله المحلف على وضع اسم عبد الله الدكاير على الورق الرسمي المعمول به، صحبة عنوان الأستاذ المبجل وأرقامه الهاتفية، وكذا على وضع صفة "مقبول لدى قنصليات ومحاكم"، واستمر يعمل معه إلى أن قرر سنة 2008، وما العيب في ذلك مادام قد اكتسب بعض التجربة وبعض الزبائن، التقيد لدى مصلحة الضرائب تحت صفة مترجم interprte، رغبة منه في تحسين وضعه المادي والمعرفي. وقد اضطر لإيجار محل تجاري قصد التمكن من تسوية وضعيته الإدارية والقانونية. واستمر في التعامل مع الزبائن الراغبين في ترجمة مستندات إلى اللغة الألمانية ومنها، وبدأت يكثر العمل لديه واستدعته مصالح القضاء بآكادير مرات لترجمة وثائق أو أقوال بعض المتهمين.

استمرت الأمور على حالها إلى أن استلم عبد الله استدعاء للمثول أمام الضابطة القضائية بأكادير، يوم 10 شتبنر 2009، واكتشف أنه هناك شكاية ضده قدمه بها ممثل جمعية التراجمة المحلفين بأكادير. وقد تم اتهامه بانتحال صفة ينظمها القانون وبمخالفات أخرى، وقد تم الإفراج عليه بعد ذلك بكفالة قدرها 5000,00 درهم.

لقد أخطأ عبد الله الدكاير في حق القانون فعلا، وانتحل صفة لا يأذن له القانون بها، فمن دفعه إلى ذلك، يا صديقاتي وأصدقائي...؟ هناك العديد من الأمور الغريبة والعجيبة في عالم الترجمة المغربي: منها كثرة الزبائن والمحتالين، وتنوع العرض وقلة فرص العمل، وشح المعلومات أو الثقافة القانونية لدى المترجم المبتدئ، غياب ثقافة المعلوميات لدى المترجمين القدامى،...

تعيش سوق الترجمة على الصعيد العالمي ثورة عارمة وتحولات جذرية في شتى الأصعدة. لقد أصبح موقع PROZ مثلا، الذي بدأ تجربة لتعزيز التواصل والتعاون بين بعض المترجمين الشباب في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية سنة 2001 (نفس سنة صدور القانون إن لم تخن الذاكرة)، مؤسسة قائمة الذات ومرجعا للمترجمين وشركات الترجمة والزبائن والطلبة وغيرهم من المهتمين بعالم الكلمات واللغات. ويفوق عدد أعضائه اليوم (الذي يسددون انخراطات سنوية تعادل 1500 درهم) 10000 عضو، بينما يفوق عدد الأفراد والمؤسسات المسجلين فيه 300.000....

هذه مفارقات يمكن التفكير فيها والتأمـل فيها لكشف حجم الخسائر التي يتكبدها الاقتصاد المغربي جراء هذا التهميش وهذا الحصار المضروب على خريجي مدرسة الملك فهد...بسبب هذا قانون جائر...يمكن تغييره...

لست من أولئك الراغبين من تقسيم المترجمين المغاربة إلى طوائف لأسباب واهية...لقد حان الوقت للعمل سويا، وتجاوز الخلافات الضيقة والسعي بهذه المهنة إلى الاحترافية والعالمية...المهم اليوم هو الأخذ بيد هؤلاء الشباب، الذي ترعرعوا بين ظهران هذا البلد، والباحثين عن غد أفضل وعن لقمة عيش كريمة بعيدا عن أفكار الرحيل العدمية...

salut hamida,
je ne participe pas aaux discussion rgulirement et je suis pas vraiment au courant de cet incident, mais chose est sr, l'association TAJ se donnent des droits sur des gens qui ont de grandes comptences et talents dans le domaine de la traduction et prive ainsi certain de tirer profit de leur formation. en effent, il faut agir. moi personnellement je suis prte contribuer une action ou plutt une raction collective de la part des laurat de l'cole suprieure roi fahd de traduction. ainsi, nous rendons hommage ces personnes qui maitrise cet art et nous donnons une leon ceux ceux qui aiment bien garder tout le gateau (march de traduction) qui est assez riche.

j'espre que mon intervention n'est pas gauche!!

Aichi is the man behind “Inside Story”; Abelmounim is the producer of “24 hours news bulletin” on Aljazeera English; Tarik is a senior staff in the Cooperation Directorate at the Ministry of Education.
We had a lunch discussion, and decided to consider our meeting as a class reunion. Recommendations were made to work on the implementation of two projects: The creation of a fund to support students (without scholarships) and the revival of ALESRFT as a platform to network graduates all over the world and exchange all types of information, etc.

To this end, I volunteered to update the graduates contact list (emails), with the idea to create a virtual platform, dedicated to ESRFT graduates. Bonjour chres consoeurs, chers confrres,
 
je reviens encore une fois pour (re)lancer un message de destresse. Un message, que javais lanc en premier lieu voil 3 ans ce forum, et dont jtais trs decu de navoir quune seule raction, savoir celle de mon collgue Chakib Rais. Le problme qui se manifeste est surtt le faite quil ny a pas de reglementation claire concernant notre preofession dans notre baladi habibi le maroc. Tant quil ny a pas de manifestation ou de lutte contre linjustice qui concerne nos consoeurs et nos confrres, le problme ne pourrait jamais etre rsolu. Je sais pas, mais permettez-moi lexpression, ca fait chier!! Ca fait chier detre expos une telle exploitation, et surtout de se sentir parallis devant cette situation. Quand nous parviendrons dire non aux bureaux de traduction qui nous exploitent jour et nuit, quand nous parviendrons dire non, non, et non, cest partir de ce moment l quil ralisera ont quel point ils ont besoin de nous, et pas le contraire..

je sai pas sil sagit dun message un peu tardif, mais je voudrais a travers ce message evoquer le dernier concours dassermentation -langue allemande-. Les uns se poseront la question suivante: pourquoi est ce que je me focalise uniquement sur la partie portant sur la langue allemande?. La raison est simple, a savoir, et a ma grande surprise personne na pu reussir cette epreuve. Quand jai consulte les resultats par internet, je ne pouvais vraiement pas croire mes yeux pour la pure et simple raison que je connais tres bien le niveau dau moins 4 condidats a cet examen. Je nai pas besoin de citer de noms, car cela na pas une grande importance..Ces condidats collaborent depuis au mois 4 ans avec de differents traducteurs assermentes, dailleurs moi meme jai collabore avec une douzaine de traducteurs assermentes, plutot avec des cabinets et agences de traduction a Tanger, Rabat, Casa, fes etc..Et tout le monde jusqua present confirme le grand professionalisme des condidats sus-cites et dapres ma connaissance il n y a eu jusqua present aucun incidant a signaler.
Conclusion: Les memes condidats qui se sont presentes a cet examen sont pratiquement les memes qui collaborent -jusqu ce jour avec des traducteurs assermentes qui metrisent toutes les langues sauf lallemand!
- Les memes condidats qui ont echoue dans cet examen sont les memes qui ont reussi jusqua present une parfaite carriere en qualite de traducteur independant -freelance-.
- Les memes condidats qui nont pas pu franchir la barriere de ce concours sont les memes qui assurent toute traduction vers et de la langue allemande de plusieurs cabinets et agence de traduction au Maroc
- et enfin, les condidats qui ont rate la chance de faire valoir leurs talents sont les memes qui meritent detre encourages
 
Si le ministere a declare que letat a besoin de deux traducteurs assermentes en langue allemande, cela veut dire tt simplement que le manque est la. En plus le stage -dune annee-qui suit le concours
est le parfait moyen "daider les 2 condidats concernees" afin dameliorer leur niveau et dacquerir le niveau sollicite..

الأخ عمر، والله أنا أشاطرك الرأي لكن في الشق النظري فقط، فشتان بين ما تقوله والواقع، من التراجمة على سبيل المثال من يحبذ العمل في مجال الترجمة القانونية (مكتب ترجمة)، وحسب كللامك فمجال الترجمة فمن الواجب أن تتساوى الفرص، أو أن ينظم بشكل يرضي الجميع كما يصنع الصيادلة أو الأطباء أو المحامون أو غيرهم، غير أن الترجمة تبقى حكرا على البعض دون البعض الآخر، علما أن الكل يحمل الشهادة نفسها، بعضها مذيل بتوقيع الإدريسي وبعضها بتوقيع الركلة، والبعض بتوقيع مدير لا أذكر اسمه،
أنا أؤيد رأيك أن يشمر المترجمون على سواعدهم، لكن أيضا أؤيد أن تكون هناك جميعية تذود عن حقوق المترجمين وتكفل المساواة في سوق الترجمة على أن يسمع صوتها، فالبعض يفوق البعض سواعدا، وبالتالي فتشمير السواعد ليس السبيل، نريد مساواة، وإلغاء مجموعة من القوانين المجحفة، قبل أن يياس المترجمون من تشمير السواعد

حقيقة ما جاء في نازلة عبد الله الدكاير...

 

مساء الخير أصدقاء الأعزاء،

 

أشكر في الزميلة حميدة بداية غيرتها المشروعة على واقع التراجمة وحال خريجي مدرسة الملك فهد...

وهذا أمر عهدناه فيها غير ما مرة وتحمد عليه... أوليس الساكت على الظلم والشطط شيطان أخرس وجبان؟؟؟

لذلك قررت أن أقص على مسامعكم خبر هذه النازلة من ألفها إلى يائها، كما جاء في أقوال الزميل عبد الله الدكاير، بعد أن اتصلت به هاتفيا وأنصت لشهادته بعد أن سمعت نبأ الواقعة.

حصل الزميل عبد الله الدكاير على دبلوم مترجم تحرير من مدرسة الملك فهد العليا للترجمة سنة 2006-2007، بعد أن تابع دراسته في شعبة اللغة الألمانية لسنتين، وبعد أن حصل على شهادة الإجازة في اللغة الاسبانية وآدابها، مثله مثل الكثير من الشباب والشابات الراغبين في التحصيل العلمي وفي تغيير واقع حياتهم اليومية عبر القرطاس والقلم.

وقد اكتشف قبل تخرجه من هذه المؤسسة الغراء، الذي أكن شخصيا لطاقمها الإداري والتربوي الكثير من الاحترام والتقدير لمجهوداتهم الجليلة رغم ضيق اليد وقلة الإمكانات، أنه يتعين على الراغبين ممارسة هذه المهنة انتظار مباراة التحليف "اللعينة"...انتظر عبد الله، كغيره من الطلبة، كثيرا موعد المباراة، وتصفح الجرائد ومواقع الأنترنيت بحثا عن مكان له بين الرفاق أو الإخوة أو غير ذلك من التسميات المبتذلة. لم يجد عبد الله حلا سوى الرجوع إلى مدينة أكادير، وفتح له مترجم محلف الباب لمزاولة مهنته بناء على عقد شفاهي، التزم بموجب عبد الله بتقاسم أرباح الترجمات وفق سلم غريب وعجيب: 60 في المائة للمترجم الذي يكد ويعمل ويقضي الليالي بين القواميس والحواسيب بحثا عن الترجمات السليمة والمعاني المستقيمة، بينما يحتفظ زميله بحصة ب 40 في المائة من الأتعاب.

قبل عبد الله هذا الأمر على مضض، وقال مع نفسه أن بإمكانه مع مرور الوقت الحصول على شهادة "ترجمان محلف"، وبدأ في الاتصال بالسفارة الألمانية والسويسرية بحثا عن وضع اسمه على قائمة المترجمين المتعاملين معها، وهو ما تحقق له على حد تعبيره (وله مراسلة في الموضوع)، وبدأ في العمل مع زميله المترجم منذ سنة 2007 تقريبا. وافق الزميله المحلف على وضع اسم عبد الله الدكاير على الورق الرسمي المعمول به، صحبة عنوان الأستاذ المبجل وأرقامه الهاتفية، وكذا على وضع صفة "مقبول لدى قنصليات ومحاكم"، واستمر يعمل معه إلى أن قرر سنة 2008، وما العيب في ذلك مادام قد اكتسب بعض التجربة وبعض الزبائن، التقيد لدى مصلحة الضرائب تحت صفة مترجم interprte، رغبة منه في تحسين وضعه المادي والمعرفي. وقد اضطر لإيجار محل تجاري قصد التمكن من تسوية وضعيته الإدارية والقانونية. واستمر في التعامل مع الزبائن الراغبين في ترجمة مستندات إلى اللغة الألمانية ومنها، وبدأت يكثر العمل لديه واستدعته مصالح القضاء بآكادير مرات لترجمة وثائق أو أقوال بعض المتهمين.

استمرت الأمور على حالها إلى أن استلم عبد الله استدعاء للمثول أمام الضابطة القضائية بأكادير، يوم 10 شتبنر 2009، واكتشف أنه هناك شكاية ضده قدمه بها ممثل جمعية التراجمة المحلفين بأكادير. وقد تم اتهامه بانتحال صفة ينظمها القانون وبمخالفات أخرى، وقد تم الإفراج عليه بعد ذلك بكفالة قدرها 5000,00 درهم.

لقد أخطأ عبد الله الدكاير في حق القانون فعلا، وانتحل صفة لا يأذن له القانون بها، فمن دفعه إلى ذلك، يا صديقاتي وأصدقائي...؟ هناك العديد من الأمور الغريبة والعجيبة في عالم الترجمة المغربي: منها كثرة الزبائن والمحتالين، وتنوع العرض وقلة فرص العمل، وشح المعلومات أو الثقافة القانونية لدى المترجم المبتدئ، غياب ثقافة المعلوميات لدى المترجمين القدامى،...

تعيش سوق الترجمة على الصعيد العالمي ثورة عارمة وتحولات جذرية في شتى الأصعدة. لقد أصبح موقع PROZ مثلا، الذي بدأ تجربة لتعزيز التواصل والتعاون بين بعض المترجمين الشباب في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية سنة 2001 (نفس سنة صدور القانون إن لم تخن الذاكرة)، مؤسسة قائمة الذات ومرجعا للمترجمين وشركات الترجمة والزبائن والطلبة وغيرهم من المهتمين بعالم الكلمات واللغات. ويفوق عدد أعضائه اليوم (الذي يسددون انخراطات سنوية تعادل 1500 درهم) 10000 عضو، بينما يفوق عدد الأفراد والمؤسسات المسجلين فيه 300.000....

هذه مفارقات يمكن التفكير فيها والتأمـل فيها لكشف حجم الخسائر التي يتكبدها الاقتصاد المغربي جراء هذا التهميش وهذا الحصار المضروب على خريجي مدرسة الملك فهد...بسبب هذا قانون جائر...يمكن تغييره...

لست من أولئك الراغبين من تقسيم المترجمين المغاربة إلى طوائف لأسباب واهية...لقد حان الوقت للعمل سويا، وتجاوز الخلافات الضيقة والسعي بهذه المهنة إلى الاحترافية والعالمية...المهم اليوم هو الأخذ بيد هؤلاء الشباب، الذي ترعرعوا بين ظهران هذا البلد، والباحثين عن غد أفضل وعن لقمة عيش كريمة بعيدا عن أفكار الرحيل العدمية...

salut hamida,
je ne participe pas aaux discussion rgulirement et je suis pas vraiment au courant de cet incident, mais chose est sr, l'association TAJ se donnent des droits sur des gens qui ont de grandes comptences et talents dans le domaine de la traduction et prive ainsi certain de tirer profit de leur formation. en effent, il faut agir. moi personnellement je suis prte contribuer une action ou plutt une raction collective de la part des laurat de l'cole suprieure roi fahd de traduction. ainsi, nous rendons hommage ces personnes qui maitrise cet art et nous donnons une leon ceux ceux qui aiment bien garder tout le gateau (march de traduction) qui est assez riche.

j'espre que mon intervention n'est pas gauche!!

لقد أخطأ عبد الله الدكاير في حق القانون فعلا، وانتحل صفة لا يأذن له القانون بها، فمن دفعه إلى ذلك، يا صديقاتي وأصدقائي...؟ هناك العديد من الأمور الغريبة والعجيبة في عالم الترجمة المغربي: منها كثرة الزبائن والمحتالين، وتنوع العرض وقلة فرص العمل، وشح المعلومات أو الثقافة القانونية لدى المترجم المبتدئ، غياب ثقافة المعلوميات لدى المترجمين القدامى،...

تعيش سوق الترجمة على الصعيد العالمي ثورة عارمة وتحولات جذرية في شتى الأصعدة. لقد أصبح موقع PROZ مثلا، الذي بدأ تجربة لتعزيز التواصل والتعاون بين بعض المترجمين الشباب في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية سنة 2001 (نفس سنة صدور القانون إن لم تخن الذاكرة)، مؤسسة قائمة الذات ومرجعا للمترجمين وشركات الترجمة والزبائن والطلبة وغيرهم من المهتمين بعالم الكلمات واللغات. ويفوق عدد أعضائه اليوم (الذي يسددون انخراطات سنوية تعادل 1500 درهم) 10000 عضو، بينما يفوق عدد الأفراد والمؤسسات المسجلين فيه 300.000....

هذه مفارقات يمكن التفكير فيها والتأمـل فيها لكشف حجم الخسائر التي يتكبدها الاقتصاد المغربي جراء هذا التهميش وهذا الحصار المضروب على خريجي مدرسة الملك فهد...بسبب هذا قانون جائر...يمكن تغييره...

لست من أولئك الراغبين من تقسيم المترجمين المغاربة إلى طوائف لأسباب واهية...لقد حان الوقت للعمل سويا، وتجاوز الخلافات الضيقة والسعي بهذه المهنة إلى الاحترافية والعالمية...المهم اليوم هو الأخذ بيد هؤلاء الشباب، الذي ترعرعوا بين ظهران هذا البلد، والباحثين عن غد أفضل وعن لقمة عيش كريمة بعيدا عن أفكار الرحيل العدمية...

salut hamida,
je ne participe pas aaux discussion rgulirement et je suis pas vraiment au courant de cet incident, mais chose est sr, l'association TAJ se donnent des droits sur des gens qui ont de grandes comptences et talents dans le domaine de la traduction et prive ainsi certain de tirer profit de leur formation. en effent, il faut agir. moi personnellement je suis prte contribuer une action ou plutt une raction collective de la part des laurat de l'cole suprieure roi fahd de traduction. ainsi, nous rendons hommage ces personnes qui maitrise cet art et nous donnons une leon ceux ceux qui aiment bien garder tout le gateau (march de traduction) qui est assez riche.

الأخ عمر، والله أنا أشاطرك الرأي لكن في الشق النظري فقط، فشتان بين ما تقوله والواقع، من التراجمة على سبيل المثال من يحبذ العمل في مجال الترجمة القانونية (مكتب ترجمة)، وحسب كللامك فمجال الترجمة فمن الواجب أن تتساوى الفرص، أو أن ينظم بشكل يرضي الجميع كما يصنع الصيادلة أو الأطباء أو المحامون أو غيرهم، غير أن الترجمة تبقى حكرا على البعض دون البعض الآخر، علما أن الكل يحمل الشهادة نفسها، بعضها مذيل بتوقيع الإدريسي وبعضها بتوقيع الركلة، والبعض بتوقيع مدير لا أذكر اسمه،
أنا أؤيد رأيك أن يشمر المترجمون على سواعدهم، لكن أيضا أؤيد أن تكون هناك جميعية تذود عن حقوق المترجمين وتكفل المساواة في سوق الترجمة على أن يسمع صوتها، فالبعض يفوق البعض سواعدا، وبالتالي فتشمير السواعد ليس السبيل، نريد مساواة، وإلغاء مجموعة من القوانين المجحفة، قبل أن يياس المترجمون من تشمير السواعد

مساء الخير أصدقاء الأعزاء،

 

أشكر في الزميلة حميدة بداية غيرتها المشروعة على واقع التراجمة وحال خريجي مدرسة الملك فهد...

وهذا أمر عهدناه فيها غير ما مرة وتحمد عليه... أوليس الساكت على الظلم والشطط شيطان أخرس وجبان؟؟؟

لذلك قررت أن أقص على مسامعكم خبر هذه النازلة من ألفها إلى يائها، كما جاء في أقوال الزميل عبد الله الدكاير، بعد أن اتصلت به هاتفيا وأنصت لشهادته بعد أن سمعت نبأ الواقعة.

حصل الزميل عبد الله الدكاير على دبلوم مترجم تحرير من مدرسة الملك فهد العليا للترجمة سنة 2006-2007، بعد أن تابع دراسته في شعبة اللغة الألمانية لسنتين، وبعد أن حصل على شهادة الإجازة في اللغة الاسبانية وآدابها، مثله مثل الكثير من الشباب والشابات الراغبين في التحصيل العلمي وفي تغيير واقع حياتهم اليومية عبر القرطاس والقلم.

وقد اكتشف قبل تخرجه من هذه المؤسسة الغراء، الذي أكن شخصيا لطاقمها الإداري والتربوي الكثير من الاحترام والتقدير لمجهوداتهم الجليلة رغم ضيق اليد وقلة الإمكانات، أنه يتعين على الراغبين ممارسة هذه المهنة انتظار مباراة التحليف "اللعينة"...انتظر عبد الله، كغيره من الطلبة، كثيرا موعد المباراة، وتصفح الجرائد ومواقع الأنترنيت بحثا عن مكان له بين الرفاق أو الإخوة أو غير ذلك من التسميات المبتذلة. لم يجد عبد الله حلا سوى الرجوع إلى مدينة أكادير، وفتح له مترجم محلف الباب لمزاولة مهنته بناء على عقد شفاهي، التزم بموجب عبد الله بتقاسم أرباح الترجمات وفق سلم غريب وعجيب: 60 في المائة للمترجم الذي يكد ويعمل ويقضي الليالي بين القواميس والحواسيب بحثا عن الترجمات السليمة والمعاني المستقيمة، بينما يحتفظ زميله بحصة ب 40 في المائة من الأتعاب.

قبل عبد الله هذا الأمر على مضض، وقال مع نفسه أن بإمكانه مع مرور الوقت الحصول على شهادة "ترجمان محلف"، وبدأ في الاتصال بالسفارة الألمانية والسويسرية بحثا عن وضع اسمه على قائمة المترجمين المتعاملين معها، وهو ما تحقق له على حد تعبيره (وله مراسلة في الموضوع)، وبدأ في العمل مع زميله المترجم منذ سنة 2007 تقريبا. وافق الزميله المحلف على وضع اسم عبد الله الدكاير على الورق الرسمي المعمول به، صحبة عنوان الأستاذ المبجل وأرقامه الهاتفية، وكذا على وضع صفة "مقبول لدى قنصليات ومحاكم"، واستمر يعمل معه إلى أن قرر سنة 2008، وما العيب في ذلك مادام قد اكتسب بعض التجربة وبعض الزبائن، التقيد لدى مصلحة الضرائب تحت صفة مترجم interprte، رغبة منه في تحسين وضعه المادي والمعرفي. وقد اضطر لإيجار محل تجاري قصد التمكن من تسوية وضعيته الإدارية والقانونية. واستمر في التعامل مع الزبائن الراغبين في ترجمة مستندات إلى اللغة الألمانية ومنها، وبدأت يكثر العمل لديه واستدعته مصالح القضاء بآكادير مرات لترجمة وثائق أو أقوال بعض المتهمين.

استمرت الأمور على حالها إلى أن استلم عبد الله استدعاء للمثول أمام الضابطة القضائية بأكادير، يوم 10 شتبنر 2009، واكتشف أنه هناك شكاية ضده قدمه بها ممثل جمعية التراجمة المحلفين بأكادير. وقد تم اتهامه بانتحال صفة ينظمها القانون وبمخالفات أخرى، وقد تم الإفراج عليه بعد ذلك بكفالة قدرها 5000,00 درهم.

قبل عبد الله هذا الأمر على مضض، وقال مع نفسه أن بإمكانه مع مرور الوقت الحصول على شهادة "ترجمان محلف"، وبدأ في الاتصال بالسفارة الألمانية والسويسرية بحثا عن وضع اسمه على قائمة المترجمين المتعاملين معها، وهو ما تحقق له على حد تعبيره (وله مراسلة في الموضوع)، وبدأ في العمل مع زميله المترجم منذ سنة 2007 تقريبا. وافق الزميله المحلف على وضع اسم عبد الله الدكاير على الورق الرسمي المعمول به، صحبة عنوان الأستاذ المبجل وأرقامه الهاتفية، وكذا على وضع صفة "مقبول لدى قنصليات ومحاكم"، واستمر يعمل معه إلى أن قرر سنة 2008، وما العيب في ذلك مادام قد اكتسب بعض التجربة وبعض الزبائن، التقيد لدى مصلحة الضرائب تحت صفة مترجم interprte، رغبة منه في تحسين وضعه المادي والمعرفي. وقد اضطر لإيجار محل تجاري قصد التمكن من تسوية وضعيته الإدارية والقانونية. واستمر في التعامل مع الزبائن الراغبين في ترجمة مستندات إلى اللغة الألمانية ومنها، وبدأت يكثر العمل لديه واستدعته مصالح القضاء بآكادير مرات لترجمة وثائق أو أقوال بعض المتهمين.

استمرت الأمور على حالها إلى أن استلم عبد الله استدعاء للمثول أمام الضابطة القضائية بأكادير، يوم 10 شتبنر 2009، واكتشف أنه هناك شكاية ضده قدمه بها ممثل جمعية التراجمة المحلفين بأكادير. وقد تم اتهامه بانتحال صفة ينظمها القانون وبمخالفات أخرى، وقد تم الإفراج عليه بعد ذلك بكفالة قدرها 5000,00 درهم.

لقد أخطأ عبد الله الدكاير في حق القانون فعلا، وانتحل صفة لا يأذن له القانون بها، فمن دفعه إلى ذلك، يا صديقاتي وأصدقائي...؟ هناك العديد من الأمور الغريبة والعجيبة في عالم الترجمة المغربي: منها كثرة الزبائن والمحتالين، وتنوع العرض وقلة فرص العمل، وشح المعلومات أو الثقافة القانونية لدى المترجم المبتدئ، غياب ثقافة المعلوميات لدى المترجمين القدامى،...

تعيش سوق الترجمة على الصعيد العالمي ثورة عارمة وتحولات جذرية في شتى الأصعدة. لقد أصبح موقع PROZ مثلا، الذي بدأ تجربة لتعزيز التواصل والتعاون بين بعض المترجمين الشباب في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية سنة 2001 (نفس سنة صدور القانون إن لم تخن الذاكرة)، مؤسسة قائمة الذات ومرجعا للمترجمين وشركات الترجمة والزبائن والطلبة وغيرهم من المهتمين بعالم الكلمات واللغات. ويفوق عدد أعضائه اليوم (الذي يسددون انخراطات سنوية تعادل 1500 درهم) 10000 عضو، بينما يفوق عدد الأفراد والمؤسسات المسجلين فيه 300.000....

هذه مفارقات يمكن التفكير فيها والتأمـل فيها لكشف حجم الخسائر التي يتكبدها الاقتصاد المغربي جراء هذا التهميش وهذا الحصار المضروب على خريجي مدرسة الملك فهد...بسبب هذا قانون جائر...يمكن تغييره...

لست من أولئك الراغبين من تقسيم المترجمين المغاربة إلى طوائف لأسباب واهية...لقد حان الوقت للعمل سويا، وتجاوز الخلافات الضيقة والسعي بهذه المهنة إلى الاحترافية والعالمية...المهم اليوم هو الأخذ بيد هؤلاء الشباب، الذي ترعرعوا بين ظهران هذا البلد، والباحثين عن غد أفضل وعن لقمة عيش كريمة بعيدا عن أفكار الرحيل العدمية...

salut hamida,
je ne participe pas aaux discussion rgulirement et je suis pas vraiment au courant de cet incident, mais chose est sr, l'association TAJ se donnent des droits sur des gens qui ont de grandes comptences et talents dans le domaine de la traduction et prive ainsi certain de tirer profit de leur formation. en effent, il faut agir. moi personnellement je suis prte contribuer une action ou plutt une raction collective de la part des laurat de l'cole suprieure roi fahd de traduction. ainsi, nous rendons hommage ces personnes qui maitrise cet art et nous donnons une leon ceux ceux qui aiment bien garder tout le gateau (march de traduction) qui est assez riche.

j'espre que mon intervention n'est pas gauche!!
