The Mauritius Civil Code was last published in 1995 and is
no longer available. However, an updated version of the
Revised Laws of Mauritius commissioned by the Attorney
General Office for Government and comprising the 'Code
Civil Mauricien, Code de Commerce & Code de Procédure
Civile' has just been published by LexisNexis of South
Africa.(www.www.lexisnexis.co.za).It also includes a CDROM
version. You may wish to liaise with Temple Law Books c/o
Banymandhub Boolell Chambers (Mauritius) who are
responsible for the product distribution.
