Pour ceux que le droit international et le droit comparé intéresse voici un
ouvrage certainement très utile « International and Foreign Legal Research
: a Coursebook » que vient de publier Martinus Nijhoff et dont le toujours
très intéressant Blog BeSpacific (http://www.bespacific.com/) de Sabrina
Pacifici n'a pas manqué mentionner la sortie. L'information n'aurait pas
grand chose à faire sur cette liste si le site de l'école de droit de
l'université de Berkeley, où travaille Marcy Hoffman l'un des deux auteurs
de l'ouvrage, ne proposait une page (
http://www.law.berkeley.edu/library/staff/mhoffman/iflrbook/) à partir de
laquelle il est possible de retouver pour chacun des 9 chapitres du livre
(Public international Law, Foreign and comparative Law, International
organizations...) tous les liens gratuits ayant fait l'objet d'une citation
. Un petit outil pratique, même si l'on peut déplorer que nombre de liens
ne soient plus actifs, pour se créer ou compléter son bookmark en matière
de droit international et de droit comparé.


Et pour ceux qui veulent aller encore plus loin en testant par exemple
leurs connaissances en la matière chaque chapitre propose une page ou plus
d'exercices pratiques...
