This forum is for reporting on upcoming and past birding and birdwatching trips. It is a casual, friendship forum which will have and allow some offtopic, some advertising (approved by me)and easygoing friendship amoung people who love watching, feeding, and identifying birds. Other lists I have are Pelagics (pretty much strictly ocean trip info and schedules), Birdworld@yahoogroups.com (easygoing birdchat) Texas_birdchat@yahoogroups.com, birds_and_us@yahoogroups.com. All except Pelagics are casual lists which stress tolerant and relaxed friendship as well as birds. If you are of the same nature - WELCOME! There is a use for the "birders." They do immense good in finding birds and keeping the rest of us informed of changes in population levels, threats to birds, etc. - but some of the lists don't allow casual chat and talk of backyard birdfeeding, etc. and all of mine do (except Pelagics) ENJOY!
