4- SOGEPI et ste soeur SERVIBOIS ont déjà fabriqué, vendu ou loué plus de 200
pigeonniers, SOGEPI SAS et ses agences en gèrent une centaine.

Au lieu de tenter de déstabiliser une entreprise comme la nôtre, vous feriez
mieux de vous intéresser à des villes comme Nice, Brignolles, Montpellier,
Bordeaux, Toulouse, Alencon, Verneuil, Rouen, Nantes, Le Mans, Reims, Caen,
Meaux, la moitié des villes du 16eme arrondissement de Paris qui pratiquent la
capture de rues avec une société puissante et bien connue qui contrôle à elle
seule 13 sociétés de captures en France et derrière au moins 15 associations
faisant partie du groupe) tout cela sous le couvert de fourrières !

Ce groupe de sociétés extermine au moins 20 000 pigeons par mois en France, ne
parlons pas des chiens et des chats ? ?.

Il faut saluer Mr le Maire de SARTROUVILLE et ses collaborateurs pour
l'installation de 2 pigeonniers, ce sont des gens d'avant garde, car il est
certain qu'avec notre gestion et grâce à ces équipements de haut niveau que le
problème est résolu dans cette ville,
Reste à régler quelques problème de nichages, mais ce n'est pas soucieux.

En conclusion ne vous trompez pas sur les personnes à attaquer sur cette cause,
vous n'êtes pas crédible.

Les asiatiques étant bien conscients du fait que les occidentaux ne souhaitent pas se vetir de la peau de leurs animaux de compagnie, les fourrures sont exportées dans notre pays grâce à des étiquettes mensongères, vous trouverez les appellations les plus courantes çi-après.

Fourrure de chien :  

Gae-Wolf , Sobaki , Asian Jackal ( Chacal de Chine ) , Goupee , Kou pi , Gubi , China Wolf (Loup de Chine ) , Asian Wolf ( Loup d'Asie = fréquent en France ) , Pommern Wolf (Loup de Poméranie ) , Mongolia Dog ( Chien de Mongolie ) , Korea Dog ( Chien de Corée ) , Asiatic Racoon Dog ( Raton Laveur d'Asie ) , Corsac Fox ( Renard Corsac ) , Dogue de Chine , et génaralement tous les mots coposés avec "wolf" ou "dog".

Ce groupe de sociétés extermine au moins 20 000 pigeons par mois en France, ne parlons pas des chiens et des chats ? ?.

Il faut saluer Mr le Maire de SARTROUVILLE et ses collaborateurs pour l'installation de 2 pigeonniers, ce sont des gens d'avant garde, car il est certain qu'avec notre gestion et grâce à ces équipements de haut niveau que le problème est résolu dans cette ville,
Reste à régler quelques problème de nichages, mais ce n'est pas soucieux.

Audrey et Fabrice savourent le plaisir d'être avec leurs deux chiennes.

De braves toutous qui ont été enlevés le vendredi 18 février en fin de journée.

Ils les ont retrouvés dix jours plus tard après les avoir cherchés dans toute la ville.

Un jeune homme, en grande difficulté sociale, les aurait tout simplement décrochés alors qu'elles attendaient leur patron parti faire des courses au Casino du Pont des Demoiselles.

Dix jours plus tard, il a tenté de monnayer les animaux.

Des « bâtards » pour lesquels il exigeait 450€.

Une pratique qui se répand de plus en plus dans la ville et la région.

« Le samedi, on a reçu un texto nous demandant de rappeler un numéro. Mon compagnon l'a fait », raconte Audrey. Ils rappellent et tombent sur le jeune homme.

« On l'avait déjà croisé dans le quartier. Une fois, il nous avait demandé une cigarette, une autre fois, il avait joué avec les chiens. Il ne les lâchait pas des yeux », raconte Audrey.

Au téléphone, il assure « qu'un type avec une casquette blanche a enlevé les deux chiens », qu'il va tenter de les récupérer.

Quelques minutes plus tard, l'affaire est conclue.

Il a un chien, il faut lui rembourser 450€.

Samedi vers 11 heures, il se rend au Casino avec Vénus.

Il tombe sur Fabrice qui, accompagné d'un ami, ne croit pas un traître mot de ce que le jeune homme raconte.

« Il avait changé de version, il racontait que c'était un gitan qui avait volé les chiens… Mon compagnon a compris », raconte Audrey.

Le jeune homme encaisse des coups et est sommé de rendre la seconde chienne.

« Il les avait mis chez lui, dans une pièce. C'était plein de merde et pisse. ça sentait mauvais », confie Fabrice.

N'ayant pas prévenu les services de police et fait justice lui-même, il risque d'être poursuivis.

Tout comme le kidnappeur qui devrait être convoqué au commissariat et devant le tribunal correctionnel.

Une de ses voisines assure : « Il a déjà eu des soucis avec les animaux, il ne semble pas être très soigneux avec eux ».

Ce genre de méthode se propage sûrement dans la ville de Toulouse.

« Si les propriétaires ne nous alertent pas, c'est un bon moyen de se faire un peu d'argent sans grand risque. Il suffit de mettre la pression sur les maîtres », confie un policier.

Ainsi, récemment dans le Grand Sud, le chien d'une retraitée a été rançonné.

Elle a payé et retrouvé son toutou.

Il a été volé à nouveau quelques jours plus tard.

Henri Barbe, président de l'Antac-Europe se bat depuis les années quatre-vingt-dix pour la protection des animaux de compagnie.

« En deux ans, les kidnappings de chiens sont devenus monnaie courante. Il y en a régulièrement. C'est un moyen de se faire de l'argent assez facilement… C'est la nouvelle délinquance », estime-t-il.

Un comportement délictuel accentué par l'habitude prise par les gens de promettre des récompenses.

En quelques mois, Henri Barbe a été mis au courant de plusieurs faits commis sur l'ensemble de la région.

« Là, la rançon était élevée. De mémoire, elle variait de 1000 à 1500€», se souvient-il.

En juin dernier, Toto, un bouledogue avait été dérobé alors qu'il se trouvait chez lui dans une maison de Vieille-Toulouse.

Trois jeunes l'avaient enfermé dans un garage du quartier de Bagatelle à Toulouse. Toto devait être échangé moyennant une rançon de 450€.

Mais, sa propriétaire a d'abord alerté les services de police. Intervenant à ses côtés, les policiers de la brigade anticriminalité ont réussi à interpeller les trois jeunes auteurs présumés de l'enlèvement.

« Je milite pour que ce soit comme en Italie : on ne remet jamais d'argent. Il y aura des incidents, peut être graves, mais au bout d'un moment ces méthodes cesseront », explique Henri Barbe.

Un brin extrémiste ? Sans doute. Le président d'Antac-Europe rappelle toutefois : « Les gens promettent des récompenses sur les annonces, les affiches. Cela aiguise les appétits ».

Sachant qu'il y a de l'argent à la clef, les malfaiteurs de tous poils s'en donnent à cœur joie.

Ainsi, il n'y a pas si longtemps, une femme a payé sa rançon.

Elle n'a toujours pas revu son animal.
