Interface
- wheel to up or down
- add count of round before recruitment end
- add flag for battle and for move order present
- add gold mine on map


Gameplay and rules
- avoid to build a rock on an already existing rock
- allow to build rock on road
- add a Boolean "in battle"
- on account creation, all gold mine are automatically conquer in a
range of 2
- Action point are multiply per 2, but full recuperation is now 48H
instead 36H
- When a unit is recruit it begins with 0 PA.
- Recruitment is shorter.
- unit for war cost 15k instead 12.5k
- fix lots of bug
- update rules description (only in english)

Game engine
- object decision are done threw SQL instead up all object in memory
- database optimisation
- add alliance system
- add a single root file for installation parameters
- begin of translation in french
- update jquery



I'm searching someone to translate all text in french (and add gettext
in PHP source code)
