Correspondence Etiquette

Hello Members,

When you reply to an email to any group, specifically our groups. There are some
things that you should do , and you should promote the same etiquette among
members.

When replying you should update the subject line. Updating the subject line
means two things.

Removing the RE: Dear English-French, and typing into the subject line what it
is that you are corresponding about.

Another important thing we need to do is cut off all the unnecessary junk off
the ends of the replies. For example all the yahoo links and all the attached
letter that end up forming a chain at the end of your new correspondence.

The only previous information that should be contained at the end of your reply
should be relevant information..

If you get the digest. Please don't respond with the digest subject line and the
entire digest attached.

Basically Don't be lazy and just hit reply. Instead clean up and update your
messages.
